Creekside, Whistler · Fictional address

Parking, then unpacking

Use the covered bay marked J18. The parking fob is on the entry hook. Keep it in the car during your stay and return it before departure; visitor bays are not included.

A snowy arrival

Brush snow from boots at the covered entrance and use the rubber tray inside. A shovel and grit are in the entry cupboard. Message your host if the steps need attention.

Plans change

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Send arrival updates through your booking thread. Early access and luggage storage need confirmation first.

Your way inside

  1. Before you travel. Save your arrival message. Your personal entry code is sent through the booking platform.
  2. At the front door. Enter your code, press the tick key and wait for the latch. Pull the door closed firmly behind you.
  3. Heading back out. Press the lock symbol and test the handle. Keep the parking fob separate from your entry code.

Warm up gradually

Adjust the living-room thermostat using the up and down arrows. Keep exterior doors closed and allow the room to warm up. Please leave heating on when you head out.

A fire without the fuss

The electric fireplace uses the remote on the mantel. Choose flame-only or heat mode and switch it off before bed or leaving. Keep clothes and equipment clear of the unit.

Laundry after the mountain

The washer and dryer are in the hallway cupboard. Use one detergent pod per load, check garment labels and clean the dryer lint screen before every cycle.

Sleep a little longer

Blackout blinds pull down from the centre tab. Spare blankets are in the bedroom bench; extra towels are on the bathroom shelf.

Film night

Use the TV remote to select Home, then your streaming app. You’ll need your own login. Sign out of every app before you leave.

03 / LIVING WELL

Life at the lodge.

Simple routines for days spent outside.

Coffee before the first lift

The capsule machine sits beside the kettle. Fill the removable tank, insert one capsule and place a mug beneath the spout. Used capsules go in the labelled recycling tin.

Cooking at the lodge

The induction hob needs a pan on the cooking zone before it heats. Use the supplied flat-bottomed pans, select the zone, then adjust its setting. Switch off each zone after cooking.

A quick kitchen reset

Dishwasher tablets are in the pull-out cupboard beside the sink. Scrape plates, keep the spray arms clear and run the Eco programme when the machine is full.

Food waste & wildlife

Sort recycling and sealed food scraps into the labelled bins under the sink. Take full bags to the locked communal waste room beside the garage. Never leave food or rubbish outdoors.

Skis, boards & bikes

Use the lockable storage cupboard beside the parking bay. Bring boots inside on the tray, but keep skis, boards and bikes off the floors and balcony.

Drying your gear

Hang damp jackets on the entry rail and gloves on the drying rack. Keep heaters, the fireplace and ventilation grilles clear; do not drape equipment over them.

Keep evenings quiet

Our sample house quiet hours are 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Bring conversations indoors at night. No parties, smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony.

A few house boundaries

This sample lodge accommodates four registered guests. Pets and extra visitors need prior approval. Leave furniture in place and tell your host promptly about spills or damage.
